Returns and Refunds

Thank you for choosing Colette's Popcorn! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on popcorn that has been opened.
  • If your order is damaged during shipping or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a possible replacement or refund.

2. Refunds Will Not Be Given For:

Colette's Popcorn does not provide refunds or replacements for any of the following reasons:

  • Shipping partner delivered your order earlier than was estimated.
  • Incorrect items and/or quantity and/or address provided at the time of order.
  • Recipient refused delivery or was not present at the time of delivery.
  • Item(s) unable to be delivered due to being shipped to a PO Box.
  • Item(s) still in transit.
  • Damage to packaging that does not impact quality or shelf life.
  • Customer consumed at least half (50%) of the popcorn delivered.
  • Gift certificate sales are final.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return request, please email us at colettespopcornnmb@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • Attach a photo of any damaged items for our records.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to order a different flavor or product, please place a new order.
